My aim is to offer
brief solution-focussed therapy, typically in just a few sessions and
to help people build upon existing
strengths and skills to achieve lasting well-being. I work
from the Human Givens approach, which is a
synthesis of the most
effective ideas and methods from psychological practice and the latest
medical and neuroscientific research.
I can work with you to overcome depression, anxiety,
panic attacks,
PTSD, phobias and inappropriate behaviour resulting from anger.
I take
a special interest too, in people with dyslexia related
problems and
AD(H)D.
